I downloaded an MPG file and am trying to burn it as a VCD. I am using NTI CD Maker and when I drag the MPG file to the track, I get a message that the file has a bad pack header and therefore CD Maker will not allow me to burn it to a VCD. I tried Nero (all versions up to and including 5.5.5.9), and its writes up to 22% and then freezes. Incidently, I have been unable to write any VCD's with Nero as it always freezes midway through the burn process. It works ok for data CD's. That is why I got CD Maker which I have been very successful with, except for this "bad pack header" problem. Do you have any suggestions how to correct this problem or any other way I can burn this VCD?
