Anyone have any idea why this device captures at this setting? Shouldn't it be at 720x480 for DVD mpeg2?

704x480 is a dvd compliant resolution http://www.dvddemystified.com/dvdfaq.html#3.4

The second I posted that, I realized the answer was probably something obvious like that. I guess I was just confused why all the "DVD" encoding templates (like in tmpgenc) use 720x480. Is it just because it's a little higher res?
