  1. I bought a dvd-r disc containing some old college football games on ebay. The seller obviously used a set-top dvd recorder to make the disc. I have tried to back this disc up because it was made with crappy media.

When I put the disc in, my computer can't see/read it. "My Computer" doesn't see it, Power DVD doesn't, Media Player, Record Now, Nero, Smart Ripper, etc.

Is this thing somehow copy protected to where I can't even watch it or open it on my computer? Any ideas or programs I could use to see what file format this thing is in, as of now I have no way of even seeing the contents of the disc. Thanks for any help.

  3. I don't have Decrypter but will dl it and check, however I need to emphasize that I when I go to "My Computer" and try to click on the dvd drive with this disc it says that there is no disc present.

  4. Looks like it was a drive problem in my Lite-On. I used my Sony Burner drive and it worked. Maybe I need to flash the firmware.
