Yes, he said he had a graduation, but I wrote a short anecdote about him missing a hot date with Paris Hilton if he went, so he made a point of stopping in from time to time.
Hello. -
Skimmed that thread?
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -
Yeah, for someone who said not to look for him today, he sure made himself visible!

Well, it's a no-lose situation for Zook. If he gets a job, his stress level goes down, and he will be more patient with others in the Computer forumOriginally Posted by ViRaL1
But ....he will be held in a lower regard by the true slackers here ...the unemployed ones, because he will then be "one of them"
If he doesn't get the job, he will still be a slacker, and we won't think any less of him. He may end up with a yellow card for the short fuse from the stress unemployment always causes (we all understand).
The best sutiation is if he gets a true "slacker's dream" job, like the kind enjoyed by myself, Flaystus, northcat, tekkieman, and...well ...half the OT regulars
This is the job where he is free to post away all day, get paid for it, and the stress is low, the enjoyment is high, and life couldn't be better.

I used to have a job like thatOriginally Posted by Capmaster
I'll take just about any job now though

You just got settled in with the new contract and the good possibility of being kept on as a regular employee next year, didn't you tekkie? 8)Originally Posted by tekkieman

Still don't have it in writing, and until I do, I won't relax. I really hate the whole job search/interview/etc. process, but at some point in the next few years, I really would like to move somewhere with a little more life to it. My first choice would be Reno. Close to here, close (but not too close) to relatives, decent climate, good cost of living.......Originally Posted by Capmaster

Soon he will be making $100K/year and we won't see him anymore.
