    While trying to edit a file using "M2-edit" it tells me:

    "The default output Mux Rate, which is based on the listed Video and Audio Bit Rates, may be too high. We suggest using a Mux Rate of 2545000 b/s to avoid unneccessary padding of the output MPEG."

    Should I use their suggestion? Will the video loose quality at all?
