According to the Nero site, the MPEG-2/DVD plug-in is included with the web-download version. Yet I see no evidence in my software that this plug-in is active. Further, their FAQ says that once the plug-in is installed, you can find the DVDMPEG2Enc.dll file in at least one directory, maybe two. I can find it nowhere on my PC. Any idea where it is/went?

Trying to create a slideshow for DVD. But none of the tasks that create DVD-compatible files are available.

Very odd! I have the MPEG2 plugin, and don't have that file anywhere on my system. I checked my directshow filters, and the plugin shows as "Nero MPEG2 Encoder" and points to the file NeVCR.ax in the following directory.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter
Everything works fine on my system, and I can create svcd/dvd OK."Just another sheep boy, duck call, swan
song, idiot son of donkey kong - Julian Cope"
