PLEASE NEED HELP WITH MPEG4 MODIFIER

I am going totaly nuts. I want to use this program to be able to fix the QPEL problem for my DVD player. I have searched hours and nobody seems to know how this program works.

Even the program site does not tell.

Please, anybody knows how to make that program to work. I need the TUTORIAL before i get coconut

There is nothing MPEG4 Modifier can do to help out if your player can't handle qpel and the file uses it. What it is generally used for in terms of standalones is to unpack bframes for MediaTek based players when there is more than one consecutive bframe used.

If your player can't handle qpel, then you need to re-encode.
