Resize excel prog

I was browsing through the guides on converting AVI to DVD some time ago and someone had posted an excel spreadsheet on resizing using the resize filter. It asked you to type in the size of the original avi then automatically gav the correct figures to type into the resize boxes of the resize filter dialog box. Unfortunatley I have deleted it and now I can't find it anywhere.

Does any one have a copy cos it was very good!!!
