I need to remake a DVD that consists of 6 30 minute episodes and extras.

I want the DVD to jump straight to the episode selection (bypassing all the trailers etc) and disable the main menu button. From this point I should be able to remove all extras and associated menus, but inlcude the 6 individual menus for each episode. I have been playing around with DVDRemake and PgcEdit but its looking pretty damn complicated. Where can I tell the DVD to go to a specific menu (in this case pgc11 : c1) when you insert the DVD? And if I keep all the menu/episode numbers the same, I should need to retitle anything, right?

    Sorry...forgot to add...

I want the disc to start playing the whole series of episodes (i.e. activate the Play All button from insertion) but have the episode menu as a backup.

Not that I know of - do a forum search, a guides section search, and/or a google search
    If in doubt, Google it.

There is (was) no freeware version of the DvdReMake. There are registered copies and there are demos (can't export). Whatever you may have is not a freeware

For the task you've described Pro gudes will probably be more appropriate: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/info.php

It was free to this particular user

I think there's something in that for all of us, don't you ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

I cannot get it to do what I want at all. I think the problem is that all the discs contents are all part of one Title Set. The extras are the first sections followed by the episodes. The episode menus precede the episode selection etc..... a right pain! ARGH!
