Thank you, That's all I was asking for, I stand corrected. Apologies folks.

I just can't take your apology seriously when you won't drop your gun.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.

I've seen them being sold on e-bay, an original with a back-up (as a free bonus). Why? Because the original material wasn't available on DVD (it was on VHS and another on LD) and the sellers had DVD back-ups of them.

Is that legal or not? I'm confused...
That's impossible. Who in their right mind would go out and buy 25 or so original VHS tapes of a movie just to sell the DVDR's that they made of the movie? Most times when I see a Hollywood movie on Ebay that has never been released on DVD (Harry and the Hendersons/Bigfoot and the Hendersons for example) it is listed alone and not with an LD or VHS tape.
I've seen one listed as an import DVD as well. It was never released on DVD.
If I can't find an original VHS of an un-released to DVD movie....I will buy a DVDR from Ebay(though I haven't yet...just concert material)....just don't try to bullshit me or other people into thinking it is a real factory pressed DVD. It is insulting. Preying on the unknowing....at least to me....is just being a greedy dickhead....period.
