    They tried that with me - years ago went to rent a movie was charged £3 and an additional £5 for outstanding fees. When I asked what these fees are I was told "you must've returned a film late or didn't have enough money to pay last time !" to which I replied "No, I don't want you to tell me what these fees could be for, I want you to tell me what they are for." He couldn't, I left. Never looked or been back since.

    Nope...cash back(or on your credit card if it charged the card). There is a restocking fee($1.50 I think) but again...that's the part of the meeting I was flirting w/ my hot co-worker so I dont remember.
