I'm not sure where to post this question so I'm posting it in noob conversion section.

Here's something I found at ebaums: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/supercoolpicillusion.html and yes work safe but extramely distracting so do it on your break!

Since it can run coninuously, I would like to somehow get those video so I could run 'em in full screen. I am able to download the flash and view it offline so it shouldn't be too hard. Trying to make it full screen while as flash doesn't work too well and I still get white borders around it.

I've tried a couple screen campture software from the Tools section. One of them captured nothing but black and another just bombs out. The one that worked the best was Snagit but the resulting video were slow and choppy like a badly done hand drawn cartoon. I think the easiest way would be to convert the source flash to avi.

Is there a software that can convert flash to avi or a decent screen capture that works? I use 2.4GHz P4 if that matters.

    have you tried SWF2AVI?
SnagIt should do it great in avi, you must've set something wrong.
I use snagit for all flash files and it never runs slow or choppy, hmm

I just tried swf2avi and that one couldn't handle "compressed" swf. I don't think swf2avi works properly with interactive flash file.

So I guess I'll need to find a copy of "Snagit for Dummies" so I can properly configure it.

NM I should have checked for other features of swf2avi. Turns out if I make a comtainer file of the swf with known size and frames and them make individual bmp of each frames before combing to one avi files that works.
