jim hope you get to feeling better after that tooth is pulled. i hate dental work because i have a complex from when i was a little kid. i bit the dentists fingers while they were prepping me to pull out my baby teeth. so the next time the dentist knocked me out cold by injecting me with a sedative. i guess he didn't want teeth marks again on his fingers. my cousins were in the waiting room wondering why i was screaming my head off then suddenly i was quiet.

then in my teenage years i had freeking braces....i had 6 teeth pulled in one day to make room so my teeth could straighten out....asians have small jaws with too many teeth....(ok now no jokes about asians being small)
i didn't have to worry about having my wisdom teeth pulled because they popped out to replace the primary molers that were extracted.

P.S. don't drink any alcohol before they extract that tooth. i heard alcohol drinking the night before will make the novocaine not effective. one of my friends drank lots the nite before her dentist appt. and they had to keep injecting her with novocaine because she could feel the pain. finally the dentist asked her did you drink alcohol last night and she said yes. she told him she drinks rum and coke, mind you it was 151 bacardi.

Gotta use it with bridgework....you need the fuzzy stuff to clean under the cap or bridge.

Just push the floss against the gums or cap and drag across while pulling back and forth.

Not feeling too bad, although I'm starting to get sick of eating soft, cold foods, I'd give my right eye for a steak

I was fine for about an hour afterwards, drove home, no dramas, then the local started to wear off and it started to sting like a bitch. I had a nap after a couple of PFs, and then within about an hour it settled down and has been OK ever since.

I had my wisdom teeth out at about this time last year, and it was horrible.
