I just noticed my cat seems to have too many teeth. Is this normal?

It looks like your cat has an extra set of upper claws. No big deal. Probably only impresses the other cats it meets.

An extra set of canines is not that uncommon. Your cat does have an extra set of canines, just take it to the vet and have them pulled or you can leave it alone if it's not bothering the cat.
We have a dog who is the same way, she is yorkshire terrier and if we were going to show her we would want to have them pulled, but she is just a breeder so there is no need to have them pulled since they don't seem to be bothering her.
But I have to ask, how cooperative was your cat with that picture? -
