Cat Teeth: Is This Normal?

I just noticed my cat seems to have too many teeth. Is this normal?

It looks like your cat has an extra set of upper claws. No big deal. Probably only impresses the other cats it meets.

An extra set of canines is not that uncommon. Your cat does have an extra set of canines, just take it to the vet and have them pulled or you can leave it alone if it's not bothering the cat.

We have a dog who is the same way, she is yorkshire terrier and if we were going to show her we would want to have them pulled, but she is just a breeder so there is no need to have them pulled since they don't seem to be bothering her.

THe cat was very cooperative. I had one hand on the cat holding his mouth open and one on the camera. This cat and it's siblings have received a lot of attention since they were born and seem to have accepted us into their pride.

UPDATE: I figured out that those extra teeth are just baby teeth. They have already fallen out and he's looking normal now. His sibilings are in various stages of the same thing. These cats are about 6 months old.

Yes, those are canines. The incisors are the teeth between the canines. I'm pretty sure that the teeth behind the canines are premolars, followed by molars in the back.
