I export a 59 minutes video clip as a AVI file from Premiere 6.0 and then try to encode the file by TMPGEnc ver a as a MPEG-2 file. But TMPGEnc encodes the file as a 9 minutes MPEG-2 file. What is the problem?
My video and system drives are formatted as NTFS file system.
