Hi,
Anyone knows in what size my original Video must be to encode (S)VCD in real 16:9 quality and keeping AspectRatio, without TMPGenc adding borders to the video.
What size and wich settings should I set in TMPGenc for 16:9?
ex. I ripped a DVD and saved it directly to mJPEG AVI. This was saved in 16:9. After encoding in TMPGenc to SVCD I had a plain ordinary SVCD 4:3 (with borders created by TMPGenc).
Thanks.

When I use TMPGEnc to encode my 16:9 source to SVCD, I select the source as 4:3 NTSC. The result will be a horizontally squeezed SVCD. When you play it back on a 16:9 set, you now can use FULL mode to view it.
