OK, he's a slime ball (as was OJ) ..... he know's it ... we know it ...
Will he walk with his muli-million dollar defense team? I say yes... they will discredit the kids / mom sooo much that the jury will find him innocent or it will be a mistrial.

For instance, the boys both said that they saw Jackson nude on one occasion while watching television in the star's Neverland bedroom. But while the older child told a psychologist that Jackson "just stood there naked for a moment," his sibling provided detectives with a far more damaging account. The younger brother said that when they saw Jackson naked (except for a pair of socks), they quickly looked away. The boy then said Jackson sat down with them and said, "It's okay, it's okay. You guys should do the same." He then claimed that Jackson's penis was erect during the incident, but told investigators that he could not provide a description because he "only glanced at it." But, motioning with his hands, the child was able to offer an approximation of its length.

Actually the most suprizing thing in the whole article is that MJ has copies of Hustler, instead of, say PlayGirl or NAMBLA pamphlets.

Bye-Bye Mikey
SANTA MARIA, California (AP) -- Dozens of adult-oriented books, magazines and DVDs seized at Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch -- one with the fingerprints of Jackson and his accuser -- can be used as evidence in the singer's upcoming trial, the judge ruled Friday. -
Michael's going to have to rely on grown-up boys to keep him entertained before too long

Added to that, cons don't much care for child molesters or child killers.
Betcha he'll be in protective custody for the entire term, no matter how long...Ethernet (n): something used to catch the etherbunny -
Yeah look at Dahmer. Beaten to death with a toilet seat lid. 8) Michael would probably get flogged with a giant rubber dildo
Then again ...he might just like that

Ever seen 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels'?
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -

Things aren't too well for the prosecution. Looks like Mom has been trying to squeeze money out of many celebrities, but hooked up with MJ and thought she hit the mother lode (bad pun).

And we all have seen how well the police out there take care in their job's -
the brother also admitted Tuesday that he lied in a deposition given in a civil suit.
it may be ALL lies in fact ..

Right up to this point, most of the post here had him guilty on all counts. Now the last two posts are on the defendant's side.

well if it was proven that it was a setup (not exactly a far stretch) .. then he should be vindicated - though he is still weird

Apparently, being weird is evidence enough to be raked through the coals on this thread. No innocent person should ever go through he got put through on this thread. *Whew!*

That's a monumental task. The prosecutions witnesses have litigious histories, selective memories, and been caught on tape refuting their direct testimony. The magazine that suuposedly had the kid's prints on it was handled by the kid before it was even dusted for them.
