OK, he's a slime ball (as was OJ) ..... he know's it ... we know it ...

Will he walk with his muli-million dollar defense team? I say yes... they will discredit the kids / mom sooo much that the jury will find him innocent or it will be a mistrial.

We're pretty sure Jackson would oppose that, though he did tell Chandler years ago that he was "proud of his coloration" and thought he "looked like Pan."
So that's why his nose looks like that..... if you read that article and compare the eybrows they are identical.

For instance, the boys both said that they saw Jackson nude on one occasion while watching television in the star's Neverland bedroom. But while the older child told a psychologist that Jackson "just stood there naked for a moment," his sibling provided detectives with a far more damaging account. The younger brother said that when they saw Jackson naked (except for a pair of socks), they quickly looked away. The boy then said Jackson sat down with them and said, "It's okay, it's okay. You guys should do the same." He then claimed that Jackson's penis was erect during the incident, but told investigators that he could not provide a description because he "only glanced at it." But, motioning with his hands, the child was able to offer an approximation of its length.

Actually the most suprizing thing in the whole article is that MJ has copies of Hustler, instead of, say PlayGirl or NAMBLA pamphlets.

    Bye-Bye Mikey

SANTA MARIA, California (AP) -- Dozens of adult-oriented books, magazines and DVDs seized at Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch -- one with the fingerprints of Jackson and his accuser -- can be used as evidence in the singer's upcoming trial, the judge ruled Friday.

Wouldn't that be the other way around?

Jacko will be keeping other "grown-up" boys entertained, in ways that he never dreamed possible. :P

Added to that, cons don't much care for child molesters or child killers.

Betcha he'll be in protective custody for the entire term, no matter how long...

Not bad for a movie with only 2 women in it (although one was mostly naked :P).

As much as I despise CNN, I'd say that they are slightly more credible than a tabloid:

  18. Things aren't too well for the prosecution. Looks like Mom has been trying to squeeze money out of many celebrities, but hooked up with MJ and thought she hit the mother lode (bad pun).

"Based on what we've seen, this evidence may have been compromised," Levin observed. "We know when this accuser testified before the grand jury he handled these magazines. At one point, one of the grand jurors asked, 'Have these magazines been fingerprinted?' And the sheriff said, 'No.' That leaves the door wide open for the defense to argue, 'How do you know when the boy touched the magazine? At Neverland? Or before the grand jury?'"
    Yeah, i trust the enquirer

well if it was proven that it was a setup (not exactly a far stretch) .. then he should be vindicated - though he is still weird

I read a comment in the LA Times by an attorney. His take is that Michael Jackson is screwed. If what the defense contends is true, that Jackson was the victim of entrapment borne out of greed, it doesn't matter. All the prosecution has to do is prove that Jackson did something inappropriate with a minor ... which is something they feel confident they can do. And if they do, the only thing entrapment claims will do is put the kid's parents in jail right alongside Michael Jackson ... and put the kids into foster homes.

But who can say what will happen. The trial has just begun and it's expected to be a long one. Keep in mind that Jackson's first accuser, years ago, might possibly take the stand. And entrapment will be that much harder to prove. The child is now an adult and might be much tougher to crack under pressure. Click on the link below to read that 1993 deposition against Jackson:

  30. That's a monumental task. The prosecutions witnesses have litigious histories, selective memories, and been caught on tape refuting their direct testimony. The magazine that suuposedly had the kid's prints on it was handled by the kid before it was even dusted for them.
