    He Guys,

    After converting from DIVX to MPEG (video CD) the film
    is not being played fluently, It plays like 2 sec,stops
    and plays again. It's in the MPEG file itself.

    Using PAL settings. (movie is original NTSC film 23,796)

    Can somebody help me?

    Count me...i've got the same problem..only when converting from 24 fps/ntsc to 25 fps/pal. Seems to be that mpegenc doesn't acount for the loss of one frame.(or maybe it's just me).

    Can somebody please help me out to???
