Hello,
I'm trying to find some software for capturing DV footage from a camera through firewire that I can do simple edits with. Nothing fancy. And I need this footage to be compatible with Adobe Premiere so that I can deliver them to someone using Premiere after I have captured and edited them down.
Anyone have suggestions for any type of software I can use?
Thanks

WinDV will capture DV and output DV to tape.
Windows Movie Maker (get v2.x) will capture, edit and output to a DV-AVI file or back to tape.
