burning a vcd but audio is out of sync.

hi guys...my problem is that everytime i make a vcd from wmv files...the end results ends up with the video & audio out of sync.
the audio is always behind the picture.

i have wasted cd after cd..its annoying.

before it use to work fine,but today its messing up.(which leaves me in doubt that maybe my nero settings must have changed )

for now..i have not been making any vcds
any suggestion how i could solve this problem?

i must also add..that recently i have installed nero vision express 3,
which may have now messes up my vcd burning for the standard nero6?
might this be the case?
