Is it possible to remove the cheers of a crowd from a song? What program would you use?

If it's mixed in, don't expect a lot. Audience noise is a constantly changing, broad spectrum noise; much harder to remove than hum or tape hiss. Maybe try to reduce it a little to make it less annoying, but don't think you can get an audience-free recording from it.

Adobe Audition would do that job for you. It will eliminate the cheers and replace it with cool effects intro (or sometime just cut the cheer and go strait to the song...) randomly. I remember once my younger brother ripped the audio out of the live concert DVD and used this software to eliminate the background cheers (sometime it mixed w/music) and best of all, it'll do the job automatically!!!
