Can TMPGEnc be set up to automatically encode several short AVIs in a row instead of manually entering each one?
Thanks for any help!

Not sure, but what I do is just open it multiple times and let it encode multiple avi's at the same time, it seems to give priority to one as it encodes faster then when that one is done it switches priority to another, although they all are encoding, only at different rates. I usually do 2 movies a night this way while I sleep.

No problems in batch encoding. What you need to do is save each setup by using File - Save Project. Once you have all the projects saved goto File - Batch Encode and add all these saved projects. Now hit Run in the batch encode window and it is them time for tea.
Take care

or you can skip saving each project and just setup each project - go to File->Add Current Project To Batch
then when you have your full batch set up do "save list" just in case it crashes so you can just pull up the 'batch list' again
hit "run" on the batch window and let it run -
thanks for all your replies.I saw the batch thing but wasn't quite sure how to use it.
