Regular users don't have the ability to delete posts or edit locked posts. If there is a post of yours that you want removed just make a reply in it stating so and usually one of the moderators will stumble on it. Otherwise you can PM any moderator and ask us to remove it.

  7. So find the post and hit "Edit". Then obliterate the dumb thing you said and replace it with the brilliant thing you just thought of. Easy. I do it all the time.

Except for locked threads, of course. Then it may come down to bribing a MOD.

  10. I can also be bribed. Yellow or red cards against your enemy, topics locked, what me to look the other way? Can be done! Just for a small donation to my PayPal account.

The FAQ should be updated. It says you can edit or delete your posts but then only describes how to edit.

... and the ability to delete your posts is a customisable option at the discretion of the forum admin, and Baldrick has decided that we mere mortals shant have that ability.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I thought you could delete your own post, but only if nobody else has responded to it.

That's one option, but it's turned off here.

You can edit your own posts as far as I know, but ive not know any memers (other than mods) than were able to delete a post. I think its always been that way.

If I need to delete a post, I just leave it with the word EDIT. Not much else you can do.
