i have version 1.5.12 or whatever the last one worked fine all the time then thought last night i go check up on the version 2 that we all been waiting on after much hassle gettin installed with xp service pack 2 guff i get it workin so i have both versions on my pc after frist conv avi 2 dvd it crashes at the burn stage which is no big deal did it manually
but the real problem is that after a reboot due to the crash no version works at all neeed help !!!!!!!!

Hi

Chrissyboy i have just sent you an email regarding a similar problem to geordiedoors.

When i try and start either version up it just won't start up, if you CTRL/ALT/DEL quickly it has generated a dr watson error in applications.

It looks linked to the net framework service pack if thats any help
