I'm looking for the best way to print about 50-100 of the outer dvd case inserts, or whatever the proper term is. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

If you already have the first one, take it to kinkos.
100 will probably cost you well over $50, so if you have to do this repeatedly, do as lordsmurf recommends and get a good printer. DO NOT get an ink-jet. It isn't obvious, but the cost of ink for full coverage color prints is almost as expensive as getting a copy at kinkos, and the quality is a lot less.
