  1. i just downloaded a movie and the picture is jerky. i think it is because the movies is in 12.5 fps. is there any thing i could do to make this play more smooth? thanks for any info.

  3. I've installed and registered MotionPerfect. Trying to process a 12.5 fps AVI download and change to ntsc 29.97 fps, Indeo Video 5.04, 8 keyframes.

    I have PIII/750 with DirectX 8. Windows 98,SE

    Program creates a small file, the window fades and program seems to freeze. I have to "end task" with ctl-alt-del to clear it. Have tried on several files.

    Any suggestions?
