Prog to rip dvd menus?

Is there any prog that I can use to rip and author a menu from a movie dvd and use it in a brand new dvd with another movie. I need that prog so that I could use the menu from the Lotr - Extend edition dvd in my brother's wedding dvd. Is there any prog that could help me achieve that?

I've used PgcEdit to insert a menu into a pre-existing DVD, it wasn't completely straightforward though.
Extracting the menu is usually fairly easy since it probably sits in one of your VTS_xx_0.VOB (or maybe in the VIDEO_TS.VOB). The trick is to import that in PgcEdit and then reconnect the button commands to do exactly what you want it to do.
