At least they didn't try to steal another gift card.

  2. I have had worse experiences with Best Buy. When I moved into the country 3 years back, I went looking for a desktop(big mistake!) and also bought the extended warranty (3 yrs.) After every 2 months the system would be back at the store for repairs. Sometimes the harddrive would die, the CD burner would not work, the DVD Rom would nor read and stuff like that. After 3 repairs they refused to look at the system. I tried for atleast 2 months with no solution. Finally took a statement in writing from a tech that they would not look at the system. Sent a copy of that letter to the BBB. Got a very satisfactory response and that hurt the store pretty badly (it shut down in a month)

I am another one of those people that has never had a problem with Best Buy and has only good things to say about them. Strange.

Their main problem looks like it stems from the fact that they they hire dumbass kids. (no offense to any of you dumbass kids on this board that work at BB ) Luckily I have never had trouble with that.

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

Very early 20s in the store I've seen.

I do that too. It doesn't stop others from coming up to you and asking stuff. That's when I pounce.

    What's the difference?
The difference is that that is their job. They're supposed to know.
No Tough Guy.....it's because your dad does not want to look stupid. Nobody wants to look stupid. And ANYONE who goes out "looking for a fight" is stupid. Going out of your way to make someone look stupid IS stupid and childish.
How many times have you pretended not to notice a beggar on the street? Most likely more often than the times you "pounced" on them huh?

Do you have any idea how old I am? Besides, who said anything about going out of my way to make someone look stupid? Seems you're the one doing that. You seem to make a big deal about making fun of someone who doesn't know what they are being paid to do.

Homeless people are a very different thing here.

How is ignoring a beggar different from ignoring a pain in the ass BB salesperson?
You ignore one because YOU are embarrassed when they approach you. And maybe by you (OK...us...I do it too) ignoring them and not giving them anything....they could be dead soon...that would of course be the worst possible scenario.

What is the cost if ignoring a pain in the ass, know it all salesperson?.....NOTHING.

I do not ignore the homeless. I do try to ignore a know-it-all trying to get me to buy overpriced goods so he can make more money on comission.

Look...I'm not saying that EVERY time....you personally go out looking to pick a fight at BB....I never meant that...honestly.
But there are some who get their jollies doing that....and that I will never understand.
    That is my point....that's all.

I agree with you there. I do not see much entertainment in it. Its funny some of the responses you get sometimes but there are other and better things to do to amuse oneself. I do not go there looking for a fight. It is a very rare occurance when it happens but it usually happens after about the fourth guy or so.
