    I was trying to run a 700mb film on cd, and when it runs, it runs in a staggering motion.

    What can I do to fix this?

    It is in .avi format. When I play it, it moves in a staggered or non fluid motion.

    Another thing, when I play the file in divx it shows the wrong way round.
