  1. I was flicking through the latest copy of PCFormat and on the letters page someone asks "how do I convert AVI to DVD" Imagine my suprise at seeing the answer "Use Tmpgenc to convert your AVIs to DVD and if you require further help checkout www.videohelp.com" I then realised that as this is the old addy, should I write in to tell them the latest URL ?

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

Is it ? - I thought it was dvdrhelp.com, but now I look at it it does say videohelp.com in my browser address bar. Maybe I got confused with VCDHelp.com.

It was dvdrhelp for a while after vcdhelp, then became the current videohelp.com. I only noticed, because I happened to reformat my hard drive about the time of each change. My bookmarks were didn't match up, so I had to change them.

    Hello,

    Sweet

I saw dvdshrink reviewed in the Detroit News the other month. No mention of videohelp unfortunately.

  12. I mentioned vcdhelp.com on radio during an interview
about digital video. They took many calls from people
    wanting the url repeated.

The guy over on www.techbargains.com often links to videohelp.com. I've seen it many times, most recently when discussing the Philips DVP-642 DivX/DVD player. He mentions it's the "hacker's favorite" and then mentions this site as a link to get the codes for changing regions.

I would think the hackers favorite would be www.2600.com

They're saying the DVP642 is the hackers' favorite.
