  1. I have a bin file that I extracted mpeg using Isobuster (extract but filter only m2f2 mpeg frames). I then burnt to dvd using Windvd, the resulting quality was good but the movements on screen were jerky. Does anyone know how to fix the problem.

It's re-encoding however it feels is best. Not good. Get a real encoder and set your own final encode settings, based off the source file settings. All you really want to change is resolution, leave others alone, and keep it within DVD spec.
