Anyone remember this car? Mine never got this beat up because I loved that little bastard. Best damn car I ever owned. My only regret was not buying two of them.....they were so cheap.

What is it?
I didn't own any "odd" cars, but these two were unusual:
-
It was made in(imported to) America between 1977 and 1980....and I heard rumors they were made(imported) up until 1982 in California.

This was made in Germany....but it's not a German car.....exactly. -
i had a RENAULT GORDINI, SAAB SONET and TR7 .....
in fact somewhere buried on this site i posted a pic of all the cars i ever owned (a lot) , though now it is out of date as i would have had 3 different ones now since that was posted a year or so ago ..."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -

I ragged the piss out of this one for five or six years 10-15 years ago. Great car. Lotsa good times & memories."There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon." -- Raoul Duke -
These were made by Ford Werks in Germany....with a 1.6 liter Kent engine. I was lucky enough to get one with a Weber "over-under 4 barrel" carb on mine.
I could lay tire for a week....
Mine broke down one time. Sold it with 101K miles on it....original clutch and everything.
The repair cost me $4.95 + $20 labor....clogged fuel filter. -
Here's another of my STRANGE cars:
Ever seen one? I edited out the name on the car. -
I always liked this car"There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon." -- Raoul Duke -
That was a BMW 2002 wasn't it?
Yeah.. wrong picpps:
You know the car? It was the wierdest thing to drive.
Wish I still had it - went to rust -
Whats odd about a fiesta, common as muck over here.
