    Hello

    Is there any easy way to replace a still menu on a org dvd with a new one?

    Its enough just to change the background picture on that menu.

    I have done some experiment using dvdshrink but w/ no luck.

    Hello

    I have DVDRemake Pro. But dont now how to work with it.
    Is it just to right click and select import and select the jpg i want to replace it with?

    use vob EDIT

    1. Demux and check split on CELL ID
    2. Open the specified menu (VOB file)
    3. REmux your newly generated M2v file by menu edit > remux m2v
    4. then join back all pieces using menu edit > join Cell

    after this you better recompile the menu file by ifo edit and fix the VTS sector
