i want to add a flash window while window media player is playing movie....it is just like a flash ticker.so that i can add important news on through flash or ads through flash....but the question is to the flash player window must be always on top of window media player while it is in full screen mode....it is confusing butt imagine we can play boht if flash file size is smaller (60 *240)

I used to do this myself, here is the basic overview as to how to do it...
I created my Flash movie and exported it as an avi file, I then imported it into Premiere and added another video layer, I used an alpha mask because the main movie was in the background, the animated logo was a 3dish type of flash movie with a blue background, the blue background would make it easy to take out later in the main movie. And yes, Flash MX will export an avi file. It has been sometime since I have done that. I hope that helps you a little, if you are looking for a one shot software solution, you are out of luck.
As far as adding a cgi flash backend to a movie window, hmm, don't know if that is even possible, unless you imported your movie into flash, yes you can do that too, your system better be powerful though. Then you can do scripting (actionscript) and run a cgi script to give the ticker information from a text file. I actually learned this in Masters Of Flash MX. However I did not import a movie, rather loaded a movie from a remote source into the Flash window. lol.. you are gonna have to do some serious research to make this happen. I am tooooo lazy to do it for you.

Im not jivin on ya or anything but why would you want to have a movie on a site with a news ticker on it? You could run a ticker below the movie, I'm just curious myself of your needs exactly and your motives.
