plan on getting PV231 or PV233 can owners answer a few question for me?
from reading posts here the PV231/233 seems to be a afforadble priced and excellent quality mpeg1 capture device. giving my SNAZZI away and was thinking of getting a PV231 or PV233
Before I slap down and waste my $$ like before, can current PV233 owners answer a few questions for me?
1- the cap software does it let you do Horizontal and Vertical alignment? (my TBC get the alignment out of wack when I video through it)
2- can it do uncompress still image capture at say resolution at like 640x480 or higher?
3- how stable and reliable is the driver and cap software? I'm asking because I had the PV256T and it's very buggy and unstable.
4- anyone one of a good price place to get it? I"m in USA
5- with the TV tuner on the PV233 does it takes up more IRQ/resource than just the standalone PV231 with no tuner?
thanks in advance.

I just give what I know about PV233:
1. You can put your own logo on a position you picked. I did not try it though;
2. It runs fine on my Micron 450GHz PC with Win2k;
3. It takes under 30% of my CPU time all the time;
4. norm told me that PV231/233's compatibility are much better than PV256;
5. I bought it from AKIDA ( http://shop.store.yahoo.com/akidacomputer/encar.html ) for $115. Looks like they run out of PV231 now;
