  1. It' either me, or my software, or my glasses!
I am following the procedure described in "FOOLPROOF AVI,DivX to SVCD using CCE" www.vcdhelp.com/avitovcdfoolproofusingcce/ .
Everything works OK until I reach Pt. 7 (pg. 3/11).
It says: "...right click on CCE and then press ADD and go to your directory...". What "ADD" are we talking about?!
    I cannot see this option!
My CCE is the Lite version, 2.62.01.00.
The Virtualdub I am using is 1.4.7.

I cannot go past this step. Is anyone brave enough to tell me the truth? I'll try to handle it...
What do I need to do to be able to continue?

    Thanks!

This guide uses cce sp 2.5 or 2.25, nothing else. CCE 2.6 lite or sp does dot accept .vdr signpost files.

  3. Thanks Truman!
At least I can keep my glasses now...
My intention was to create an SVCD from a movie that I have in DivX format.
I am wondering if the CCE Light that I bought could be of any use for this purpose?

    Thanks!

CCE lite encodes avi/ mov files to MPEG-1/2 in CBR mode. Just drag a avi file into the small window, that pop up, when you start it. After that the configuration dialog will start. I can not help you much with this version.

  5. Thanks again, Truman!

I'll try this and see what comes out of it!
