    Purchased Sonic RecordNow!Deluxe v7.21 under the impression I could burn a non-encrypted DVD-9 to a DVD-5. Can not - probably me.
    Attempted to contact the Sonic people and no reply. Any help? Thank you.

    recordnow is a burning tool. use dvd shrink or click on DVD BACKUP here to the left...or under DVD to DVD in our Tools list.
