I don't think you can quantify it with a percentage, at least not without a minimum total number of posts as well. I'd say a minimum of 2,000 posts overall, with 20% or greater in OT.

Or we could just say it's a blanket 1,000 posts or more in OT alone.

Either way, the qualification needs to be reasonably high IMO, as we don't want it being a title that is handed out to every Tommyknocker, Daamon and Yoda

I'm a soft touch when it comes to certifying a true post whore ...even if the numbers aren't there yet.

Qualifications:
1) Must slack off at least one day a week at work posting at videohelp
2) Must slack off at least one evening a week at home posting here
3) Must recite the post whore mantra every morning while getting dressed, and every evening before bed, for one week
4) Do these three things and the numbers will come
