  1. I just bought a concert DVD and ripped the audio onto my pc already. I converted it to .wav but its just one huge file. Is there a program that allows me to see the exact time a chapter cut is made on the dvd, so that i don't have to listen and cut the files up by ear?

    Hi sureAV421,

In short, probably not - I'm not aware that WAV files store this info.

Just rip the audio from each chapter into it's own WAV file...
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

    Carpe diem.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

If you use DVDDecrypter or smartripper to rip, you can set it up to create a LIST file, which can list either the timecode or frame number (not sure which one they do, but they do one or the other)where chapters occur. Similarly, if you have the VOBs on your PC, you can use ChapterXtractor to get same.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. Use IFO Mode in DVD Decrypter and right click the main movie PGC, then select "Create Information File" and go down to "Chapter - Scenarist."

Hit OK and save your file out. Open it to find the exact times of chapter points in the following simple format:

    00:00:00;00
    00:00:22;00
    00:01:34;25
    00:29:34;13
    00:58:18;09
    01:23:00;28
    01:45:41;21

If each chapter is a different song, it would be simpler to demultiplex the elementary streams by chapter (and then do whatever conversion if needed).

There are a couple of programs like #1 DVD Audio Ripper that will rip each or any song from the dvd you want and convert them to wav or mp3.

    Hello,

Another option would be to rip the vobs in chapter mode with dvddecrypter and load them in besweet. Then do a batch conversion of vob to mp3 and walla you're all set

Besweet is a perfect tool for audio conversions from dvd sources. Give it a try

I'd go with what freestyler said - demux and split by chapter.
    If in doubt, Google it.
