Creating DVD Motion Menus in Livetype

Where can I find some tutorials how to do this.
Or does someone have some for me. The only one I found are on Ken Stone's site. For the rest I'll have to pay.

While I've neveer used Livetype to do this, I think it's pretty transparent. You export the work as a DV video and drop it into the ittle window on one of iDVD's motion menues. You'd be replacing the video and will probably want to add a new soundtrack as well. So drag an AIFF file into the other little window, and then save the menu as a favorite so you can access it again.

You coud also, in iDVD 4, use the video you crrerate as a start-up movie that plays before the menue appears.
