    If you've got what I think you've got, AFAIK it's impossible to remove without cropping the top off your videos.

    If you wanted to go high-end you could try virtualdub's logoaway filter, but it makes the background look pretty ordinary IMO. You can crop using any encoder you wish (virtualdub, tmpgenc, you name it) but you have to re-encode it in the process.

    Why don't you just buy it on DVD ?
