n DVD studio pro 3, I'm trying to get so that when in a track, you can navigate through the chapters but not advance to the next or previous track. It seems that you can disable within certain chapters the << and >> buttons entirely. This is not a good solution for the << button, because the user may want to go to the start of the first chapter without neccessarily going to the previous track.
So what I did was put a chapter marker 15 frames from the beginning of the track and disabled all remote functions on that first chapter. This pretty much did the trick except the audio fades up on one of the tracks. It only does it on one, and I used the same method on all tracks. Furthermore, it works fine on the simulation and is not until I play a dvd-r on a player that it does this.
-Thanks
