  1. I need some help...

I just downloaded The Last Castle, and when I go to play th e file in Windows Media Player, it comes up with a download box that says it needs Windows Media MPEG4 Codec. When I download this it gives me an error and says that I might need to shut down Media Player and reload it. It then proceeds to let me play the file, but all that works is the audio, I don't get any video. I also tried to convert the file using TMPGEnc and it says it can't load it if I try the video box, but in the audio box it loads it fine.

Does anyone know what I can do to watch this movie and then how I can make it work with TMPGEnc?

  2. Hi there,

    Go to
    http://w1.463.telia.com/~u46307158/extfaq/codecs.html
download mpeg4x.zip, extract all files to a temp directory, right-click at mpeg4fix.inf and choose Install. I don't remember if you need to restart your system.
Should work (it did for me).

    Good lucky,
    Pedro
