    I took the clear fingers completely off. You have to push the tray in just past the arrow. And no issues for about 50 DVD-R's since.

    nickelzy, when you have that problem, put the tray in position and hit continue, it'll reset and you don't have to power down the printer

    Thank goodness i bought the 900, almost a year on and still going

    I still have my 900 as well and I have printed over 1000 DVD-R's and probably 500 photos on it. The R200 only has a few 100 DVD-r's on it and less thann 50 photo's.

    The clear finger go between the two roller to pull the tray in. without them it will not work for sure.

    That's why I have not purchased a CIS system like many of you have.

    I am on my 3rd Epson since March and it's still doing the tray thing (even with a new tray).

    I just know if I buy the CIS, it'll break...
    Then take it out and put it in your next Epson.
