Hello, All;
I'm having a problem with the log and capture function in FC 2.0. Whether I try to capture my audio and video seperately or not, I'm still getting a "drift" of about 10 frames/hour so that the audio is happening earlier than the video. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening?
I'm running this using OS 9.2.2 on a Mac G4 Gigabit Ethernet dual 450Mhz. Many of my source videos are VHS, run through a Sony Digital 8 camcorder for the A/D conversion.
Any suggestions would certainly be appreciated! Thanks...

Make sure your audio is synced up in your capture preferences. ie if it is 16 bit audio make sure it is set to 16 bit in FC.

when it happened to me (because of my Camera) I was always able to use iMovie for the capture, then bring the files over to FCP for editing. Always worked like a charm...

Wow, thanks for the info! Is there a chance that there's a camera setting I could/should be looking at to work around this in the future? Or is this just inherent to some kinds of hardware...?
