ISO a free webhosting site w/ Message Board,Group Email,etc

I am looking into setting up a webpage with a message board, links section, bulletin board, and access to each others email addy's from users of my site. Basically I am in charge of a project which involves a large group of members, so I am looking for a site where I can keep all users up to date, and they are free to email each other and post messages. I was thinking Blackboard.net, but I don't think that's free. Any suggestions much appreciated, thanks!

doorhost.net has a yearly account thats quite cheap, its what I use. YOu can give out email address and setup a PHP board in mins.

Thanks for the heads up. I just got the 2 GB package today. Soon as my forwarding takes place It will be online. Nice package I must say. So look for a lot of content from my site.
