i have some divx avi movies, the quality is quite good, and the size is just all right below 700M. All i want is to add subtitles to the files permanantly. after searching the site, i still have no idea of how to do this?
any one can help, please? I tried the virtual dub to do so. but the avi file produced is very very big, about 700 M for several minutes.

skip the frameserving part
and remeber to select audio->full processing and select an audio compression like mp3
and also video->full processing and select the divx codec.
