    Hi I am making a slide show of old family photos for my kids to keep. I use roxio easy cd 5 to make svcd i add music and naration but for old stuff i want to add captions but not with this software. Anybody tell me how and what to use. Thanks Bob

    Hi robert@75,

    Slide Show Movie Maker - It'll take stills and do nice text overlays (according to the blurb). It'll then output to AVI that can then be encoded to SVCD however you normally do.
