data cdrs to dvd with simple menu, help our site out please

I dont know if i'm even on the correct site for this but as i've had lots of help here before i thought i'd ask.
I'm a member of a site www.mycotopia.net and we have a large membership, great archives with plenty of answers to all questions asked.
We specialise, like here in teaching and giving info in all subjects related to the site, picture guides and teks, basicly every answer is on our site.

Now the hard to explain part, we have an archive disc set which is pretty basic, it's a 3 disc set full of posts pics and data and what we're trying or i am is to bring all 3 discs onto one dvd with an added simple menu.
The way the discs are done just now is just 3 discs with zipped files on them and all i'm looking for is a way to make them into a dvd so we can send out 1 disc instead of 3. I want to have it so as the dvd is loaded a menu appears and a user can click on images\zipped files and he'll be taken straight to the image\zipped file section which can be loaded or unzipped to the persons p\c, the same with other sections.

The owner of the site hippie and i would be very pleased if someone could help us out or point me in the right direction.

I was a newbie once and now can do all the converting and capturing with my music videos no problem so i'm willing to read and learn.

Or even just a menu where a person could click on disc 1 , 2 or 3, a folder opens and they can unzip the files themselves but with a nice menu, like one of those dvds you get free with mags, not as perfect as that just something basic.
