Hey all. Ok, I have two AVI's that have a framrate of 14fps. It also has an audio of MPEG Layer 3 and video compression of MPEG4 V3. What do I need to convert this over to burn it to a DVD? I tried TMPENG and it converted it but the audio did not match up with the video. I'm lost now. Never came across this before.

    Thanks a million

if you had procoder express or pro ... you could do the video conversion to 23.976 ok ... but i know for a fact that the audio will be out of sync still ..

i would use vegas to re-sync it up to the new video

So should I convert it to the new rate and then use the vegas to resync it? Never used that before, is it hard?
